Hotel room was large enough for 4 grown adults and 1 child, in no way were we climbing over one another.
The parking centre was extremely tight and dark. It made parking a van very uncomfortable.

The central location is superb! Beds are comfortable and the appliances are fabulous! I could live there if my house burned down or was flooded. I was in Ottawa for a medical appointment, therefore comfort and convenience was quite important.
The WIFI is terribly inadequate! Could not log on despite several attempts with the correct password. It just grinds and grinds to load and never gets to the server. Une bonne chose que je ne me branche pas souvent lorsque je voyage. So why bother advertising free WIFI??? In addition, I couldn't get the parking pass card to work - not even once!

Location and staff. We also quite enjoy the space we have in a suite as opposed to a regular hotel room.
Would enjoy a choice of pillow as I like to sleep on a flat feather pillow.

Location, staff, and room facilities were all outstanding. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance from river, markets, shopping, and various attractions. My suite had well equipped bathroom with bath and hair dryer. Full laundry facilities in the the room, plus an iron. Fully equipped kitchen with stoves to cook on too. Gym was large with enough equipment for a good workout, including treadmills with video.
There was a noticeable cleaning smell in the room on the first day, but it quickly dissipated. Breakfast is not included, but there is a cafe with comprehensive menu attached.

The staff who checked me in and out was kind, professional and very helpful.
Old carpets. Gym too small for size of hotel.

The Manager at check-in was very helpful and gave us a great suite! even with it being quite busy in the hotel that day.
As we all watch Netflix now and can watch it on the devices we bring, can a way be provided to all us to cast or airplay our Netflix viewing to the TVs in the hotel room. Or allow us to log into our Netflix accounts on a smart TV.

It was our first visit to Ottawa. We were pleased with the convenience of the location. Loved Ottawa. Liked that there was a good place to eat breakfast on site.
Not really except for the fact that the wait for an elevator was always very long.

Whilst not intending to be negative, I asked for an early call on my last morning to make sure I was up in time to leave and catch my flight etc but it didn't happen. I was awake in time anyway so no damage done.
