It was nice and close to the airport, with a resturant in house , lots of parking,
It had free shuttle to the airport BUT YOU COULD NOT PARK AND FLY what is the reason for having that option when you are that close to airport, we only booked the hotel as it was close and cheaper than the airport parknfly,we will never book there again for that reason.They had plenty of parking places.Next time we will go to the other chain of hotels that offer this service and will leave our car there.

Our stay was for 80% very good. Room was good and comfortable and the bathroom was very nice
Shuttle service was also very good and conveniently close to the airport
WE went to the bar early evening and the Barman gave the impression that he was either very tired or chooses his customers ie;young ladies coming in get immediate attention and a smile. WE are in our 70's and obviously not worth the trouble. Thats a shame as the bar is very nice in every other way

The reception staff were extermely friendly and helpful. We flew out of Ottawa airport for the first time and they couldn;t have been more helpful.
We were only there for a short time so no there was nothingn we didn;t like.

Room was clean
They charged me $100 parking for two nights. Now I was told that I could not park my car there while I travelled, so I guess you could say I was warned. However the transgression took place December 24 and December 25. There was NO ONE staying at the hotel those days. The parking lot was EMPTY when I returned Dec 26. I feel management at this particular hotel were behaving somewhat like Scrooge. Merry Christmas Hilton Hotels !!!
