Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport

Convenience. Location chosen well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the shuttle bus driver, reception desk and serving persons in the bar/restaurant. Would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The room was spacious, and clean, with small fridge, iron , coffee maker (wit teas and coffee) All items looked as new, and performed as such . The bathroom was large enough to handle wheelchair needs . The shower temperature was consistent and the hairdryer worked well. The décor was very presentable , with comfortable chairs ottoman, and tables .Wifi worked well, and with a free shuttle to the airport (5 minutes away) ,it made it far less expensive than using an economy hotel farther from the airport, and having to use a 20 -25 dollar taxi each way !! Plus by being so close we achieved an extra 40 minutes of sleep which was much appreciated for the early morning flights !! Well done !!

The location is excellent for anyone using the airport. The shuttle service is very convenient.. I had an excellent dinner in the restaurant although it was a bit pricey, especially the wine. $9.00 a glass!

La chambre était propre et le personnel était serviable. La nourriture du restaurant était assez bonne.

Nous avons moins apprécié l'alarme de feu qui a sonné pendant une quinzaine de minutes à 5 heures am...

We liked the proximity to the airport and the availability to be driven to our flight.

Did not like the fact that the coffee maker did not work. Found it difficult to use as it kept stopping during the making process.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful. We only stayed one night because we were on a stop-over and found the shuttle service to and from the airport very convenient.

I could not the guide on the TV to see what programs where on,had to Chanel surf to find the news.Should have better instruction available for us old folks.
