Close to airport ! Rooms were nice , clean & comfortable ! We were not their very long but enjoyed it!

Staff was extremely helpful and nice, and very apologetic of a mishap that wasn't even their problem!
It's in Ottawa where Taxi's can't figure out where a hotel is to pick you up, don't lose your SIM card on another continent. You need Uber in Ottawa.

Rooms were clean and comfortable... Location was perfect for us... The hotel was quiet, even with a Tim Hurtons so close ( which we loved).....
I found the mattress was too soft... I have a back injury and have to sleep on a much firmer mattress... My wife didn't mind it as much She was asleep 15 min after getting in bed.. Both nights

We were at a conference during the 3 day stay so we really enjoyed the awesome breakfast with fresh fruit and waffles with fresh berries and syrup. Yum! Then we returned late at nite to the most comfortable bed with pillowtop mattress. Lights out!! Loved the pool and hot tub too.
The only negative comment would be that the jets don't work in the hot tub; they just stay at the same level all the time; I really enjoy stirring up the bubbles in the hot tub and you couldn't do that but it was just fine.

The fact that you are so close to the airport was a definite plus, your "park and fly" option was really nice as well
The cost of the room I found a bit pricey, but I guess because of the courtesy you offered drop off and pick up at the airport, it is understandable. the room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay with you.
