The staff was very friendly, both in person and during my two phone calls prior to my visit. They where cheerful when I needed assistance. The complimentary breakfast was by far the best I have ever seen. My grand daughters had a wonderful time in the pool area. There was a lot of festive activity going on during my stay yet our rooms were very quiet and comfortable. I plan more visits to Oshkosh and see no reason to try any other hotels.
The flooring between the kids pool and the stairs to the slide became very slippery and one of my grand daughters slipped and hit her head. We placed several towels for the kids to walk on which decreased the risk (to walk was something we had to keep reminding them to do). Thank you to the staff for allowing this and putting up with the extra soaked towels. I would suggest the owners consider putting something down in this area that would soak up some of the water. Also, something that is softer. Like the material in the pool at the bottom of the slide.
