The bed was very comfy. Breakfast is always good.

No ramp to wheel luggage into hotel.

Always clean, always great service - classy hotel.

Last 2 times we have stayed there was a wedding and the hallways were not kept quiet in the late night.

GREAT service in the restaurant, very nice front desk staff, fun being close to everything on Lonsdale, enjoyed the view.

The noise from the diggers outside at 7am was not desirable, it made us move hotels. Tiny double beds were unusable, and we were going to be charged extra for a cot for my 10 yr old son. Luckily the manager waved that charge and we enjoyed our King room (although still pretty small). Would recommend AFTER the construction has finished.
