The breakfasts and meals at Montana’s were excellent. The staff were very obliging and it was close to all the places we visited.

I like the fact the Nisku Inn has a shuttle service and that is just one of the reasons I stay there. They also have pet rooms/ I have never had a problem with my reservation ever after 34 years
We had a late arrival and the restaurant was closed. The lounge didn't offer food.

I realize that your hotel is under renovations but the room numbering was a bit confusing.

No frequent stay program. I stayed in this property close to ten nights this year.

I stayed there two years ago while attending a wedding, and really enjoyed my stay there, so it was a easy choice to choose it againfhis time. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and tidy.
I feel comfortable there.
I understand the hotel is being renovated, so there was no access to the pool and other comfort areas that were present in the past, so it felt less accessible overall. It felt cozier the last time, but it is completely understandable under the circumstances of having construction going on. I still like being there and would come back.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean. There is some construction noise during the day because of the renovations. Complimentary breakfast is a sitdown meal. Thanks for a great stay
The extended parking for airport flights is not free.

Your airport shuttle staff were very friendly. The waitress at breakfast on October 6th was very accomodating, even though we accidentely missed the free breakfast.
I think your reno rate could have been less.
The bar waitress could have been more attentive the night of October 5th. We would have stayed and drank more instead of going elsewhere for better service.

Front desk was polite and very helpful. The shuttle to airport was perfect. Car park was handy and our two SUVs were safe . Rooms were nice and very clean! That’s nice!!
Didn’t know about renovations!! We were there for only hours before our flight so didn’t mind.. if we would of have to stay longer.. wouldn’t of enjoyed it. Meal in restaurant wasn’t to appealing..
