Location, convenience of restaurants and the great breakfast

We didn't know the pool was shut down and that made out stay less happy. We have two children and when small so it made it hard to take the shuttle. The hotel did a great job reimbursing us by vouchers for food and the shuttle was very quick to pick us up to transfer us to the hotels

As usual, we love Embassy Suites!

That the parking was either off site or valet - I wasn't aware of this ahead of time - I think it's too expensive to pay $30 for valet if that's the only option to have a car immediately accessible.

The best location at the Falls, unsurpassable views. Loved the convenience of The Keg steakhouse - no need to venture far on a snowy night for dinner! Would not think of staying anywhere else at Niagara.
