Fantastic staff! Spectacular location, beautiful grounds. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant - gorgeous setting, excellent food and service. Staff could not have been more helpful.
The indoor pool was so so. It was supposed to be saltwater but strong chlorine smell. Would have loved an outdoor pool. Also, not terraces/balconies. Will not stop me from recommending the hotel. Wonderful stay!

Being close to the shops and warf was nice on a cold day.
The hall was full of dirty dishes outside of our room. When we went to the pool, that hall was full of dirty linen, towels, etc.
The hotel is old and in need of upgrading - especially given their VERY high price. There are many less expensive places to stay that are much nicer.

Pool too cold. Noise through connecting door too loud. Beer can Lin room when we got there. Bathroom walls dirty and heating/cooling system too loud
