The location is convenient to the airport and close proximity to downtown Nashville
I had rented 2 rooms and asked that they were on the same floor and they were not. We stayed on the 5th floor while our guests were issued a room on the 6th floor. Not a big deal but the 6th floor was in the process of having the hall painted and smelled of paint fumes and was patchy. An eye sore to say the very least. Would not have had our guests stay on that floor had I known that sooner and certainly not without a discount or additional perks. Since it was only one night I chose not to say anything even though the staff was pretty accommodating. A warning at check in however would have been nice.

The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. Accommodations were better than I had expected. Enjoyed the stay.
I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff.

The property was clean and the staff was excellent. It was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my evening extra special on July 2 by bringing a special piece of cheesecake to my room. Please thank them for me. The location was perfect because I had to travel to between Nashville and Franklin. It was wonderful to have a full service hotel at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to Nashville, especially if they want to see Opryland. Thank you. Rebecca Sanders

Short vacation.
Dining room not open for dinner even though we had a hotel menu for dinner. The entrance doors and tiles were not maintained. Just not a very nice place to stay.

Transportation
Worker negligence iniated a fire alarm to engage at 12:14 am from workers on 5th floor. No compensation was offered not even a sincere apology!
