Hilton Garden Inn Morgantown

The gentleman at check in was extremely friendly and polite. I didn’t get his name. But we checked in on Friday 4/12 at around 9pm. And after an 7 hour drive from NJ in bad weather it made check in more of a pleasure.

Jay, the woman who works st the front desk, went above and beyond to help me in transportation for my interview and other accommodations. She is so kind to everyone and a very hard worker -- at all hours of the day and night. Please take good care of her -- she is an asset to the team.

Loved staying there, the problem was the booking of the room.

The whirlpool was out of order. We pick hotels that have this feature and were really disappointed that this was not working. There was no attempt to make any adjustment in the bill because of the lack of this feature.

Greeted by a lovely young woman on Friday night (August 23), who made me feel very welcome. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. I wish I would have gotten her name. The woman at the desk on Saturday morning was not so good - I felt like I was bothering her with a question. Young man in the breakfast bar area was wonderful and printed out directions to 63 for me. The accommodations were very nice...I loved the music playing in the halls. The bed was super comfortable - I wish I had one just like it at home! Very clean. I thought it was a great value, especially on such a busy weekend, and would definitely stay there again. I will be traveling that way in the future to break up the drive from SW Ohio to Virginia, so hope to stay again. The close proximity to food and shopping was great. I didn't have time to take advantage of the shopping, but will plan better next time!

It was a bit of a challenge to find if you are not familiar with the area and the parking is a bit confusing. Now that I know where it is, that will not be a problem.
