The facility was attractive. I liked having the convenience of room service and a restaurant and lounge on the premises as well as other amenities. My room was very convenient with a kitchenette set up in it--more than just a fridge and microwave.
Although my room was very nice and clean, the décor left me feeling a little cold; didn't feel as cozy as I would have liked.

My room was far too cold, and I couldn't adjust the thermostat.

I am not easily impressed - from the moment I was greeted by the staff, my experience with Rogue Regency was top notch. They wanted to ensure that the room in which I was staying match my requirement and satisfaction. The staff was professional, yet friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

Everything was great - superior quality and a great price. Great room service and great food. I guess you could say I had a great experience = )
The roads could be better marked to get to the hotel when approaching it from roads at the rear of the hotel.

The staff was very accomodating. It was comfortable and close to where I needed/wanted to be.
I had to search for working outlets. I tried using several and they were not working. I eventually found some that worked but the ones near the sink did not...

Themaintenance worker using an impact drill in the room next to mine at 0700 on Thanksgiving morning. Are you kidding me? I had to call the main desk, but was told that it HAD to be done as it was required by the Fire Marshall. Again, really? I truly doubt that he was going to inspect the room on THANKSGIVING DAY. And, let me add that it is difficult to get into and out of the parking lot.
