Rogue Regency Inn and Suites

The staff took care of concerns as soon as they became aware of them. The Inn is close to restaurants, shopping, the freeway and airport

The air conditioners were horrendously noisy and the room was hot if they weren't used. We were awakened each time the air conditioner in our room started as well as those in the rooms above and next to us. The hall carpets could also use a good cleaning.

The cleaning staff was very nice. The $4.99 breakfast was good, but very limited. Our waitress was very nice. Overall the hotel was nice looking and clean.

The A/C unit worked very well, BUT, it was very noise, woke my husband every time it kicked on which was every 5 minutes. It also was located half way up the wall and you could not adjust the vent on the unit so it blew right down on the bed. My husband woke up with a sore throat. Also I have to sleep in the lounge chair, and it was very uncomfortable. I ended up playing musical chairs with all the chairs in the room. Most of the time I ended up sleeping in a straight back chair against a wall with a pillow behind my head. I didn't feel very secure in the tub, because the floor did not have very secure footing. There was no handicap parking near the front door and I had to walk quite a long way to get to our room. They used glass and ceramic cups. I prefer paper. I know we could have called for more, but there were no extra blankets in the room. I think I would recommend your hotel, it might be fine for other people, but I would not stay there again.

The air conditioner was so loud you could not run it and sleep. That made the room very uncomfortable. The room had not been updated since it was built and was very worn.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly, especially the two times I used the shuttle service. I wish I could remember their names. To the airport was a young woman who offered to wait to make sure that I got my rental car OK and from the airport was a young man with an obvious love of the area and it's history. They are both an asset to your hotel.

Very friendly staff as usual. Breakfast was great. Always nice to stop here after a shopping trip.

I have stayed at Rogue Regency several times and always had a pleasant rest. This time the rubish bin in the room had not been emptied. So, my review is not quite as good as it usually is.

We were very pleased wih staff, the restaurant (and wait persons) and the soft sheets; and a bathtub was certainly good for a nice hot soak. The hotel is a bit dated, and it was not as easy to get to and from as we older folks would have liked, but over all we had a really nice stay, with friendly, responsive personnel helping us with anything we needed. (The inexpensie breakfast was really nice!)

We were able to park our car and take the Shuttle to the Airport and have the Shuttle pick us up to take us back to the Rogue Regency Inn when we arrived back from our Vacation
