My wife and I did enjoy our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Houston. we requested a quiet room and it was indeed the most restful stay ever. the room was well designed and very clean. our bed was comfortable and the linens nice.
The complimentary breakfast was only adequate. the coffee was not tasty - bitter.

It was nice, I had stayed there once before and I liked it.
Need a map on how to get to different areas without getting on the freeway.

Very clean and staff was good.
The air-conditioning was horrible. The room would not cool down and the A/C would not allow us to put the temperature below 69 degrees. It was VERY stuffy and we did not sleep at all due to the uncomfortable temperature.
We always like to stay where there is a complementary breakfast. The hotel was very busy (memorial weekend) and there was only 1 lady taking care of the food that morning. The food ran out constantly and she was trying her best to replenish the food, but she needed more help and it was too much work for only 1 person.
