Convenience of quality restaurants and service by our waitress Michelle while we were at the pool on my birthday May 26. The rental of the cabana was very affordable.
The elevators in the East Tower were not working properly during our 4 night stay there May 25-29. Two to three elevators were always down each day.
A live band near the casino/lounge area late night would be nice for dancing or listening while having drinks.

After telling the front desk, they never fixed the phone in the room.
