Rooms are nice and the bed is great.

My son had money and his watch taken from his room and the security staff treated us like we had done something wrong. Very very rude!!

A/C didn't work. Too much noise from Fremont Street at night. No cleaning service unless you ask.

We liked being on fremont street.All necessities were close to us.

Unfortunitly,power to the hotel was off on 5/02/13 @ 1:30 p.m.& we had decend 16 flights of stairs.No one seemed to be able to tell us why.Power was out for at least 3 hours.This hotel also thought it was good for their bottom line to charge gueste $2.50 per cup for using in room coffee makers & $4.50 per bottle of fiji water.I will never use this hotel again regardless of price. Leaving !!!

Yor staff save for the cleaning if poor and uninformed Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Las Vegas No gym No room service Noisiest hotel---all the late night rubbish that goes on outside the hotel every night No gym---what modern hotel today as nO health facility ? The restaurant on the second floor is 2-star worth---staff are slow, menu is limited---one choice in the whole hotel !!!!
