Nick at the front desk was great.
Our housekeeper on 5 Dec on the third floor was gracious and kind. He made our day.

The staff were very friendly helping me with parking, room service, and my reservations. The room was super clean with cool vintage decorations. I'll definitely stay here every time I am in La Crosse.

Amazing hotel, well designed and unforgettable. The staff is top notch and the facility is well thought out and designed to impress. Great place to meet with clients or to take family or the wife for a romantic getaway that won't break the bank.
