I picked this hotel as it was in between Disney & Universal & offered a shuttle to Epcot, Universal & Seaworld. The shuttle to Universal & Seaworld was no longer available at the end of our stay, so after complaining the hotel paid for a taxi for us which was fine.
All the staff were pleasant.
The pool was nice & there were discount vouchers to encourage you to spend in the hotel. Better location for Disney.
The $15 a day resort fee was an expense I couldn't see what I was paying for!
The rooms are very tired and rough round the edges. The bathroom door was just gross! We werent in the room long enough to care. They are due to be refurbed this year. The corridors never got vacuumed as I saw the same messy bits every day! The buffet breakfast was ok nothing special.

Clean comfortable room, pleasant pool area.
On arrival, Reception was a building site, floor tiling in progress accompanied by aluminum panels being riveted in place with horrendous noise level. Was embarrassed as our Scottish visitors viewed this welcome! This continued throughout our stay, so hotel had no real reception area to meet with our friends.
Restaurant was very poor - our party of 4 were the only diners - although staff was friendly.

Nada me gusto
No me gusto nada, el hotel muy sucio y los pasillos huelen asquerosos. La habitacion sucio, llegabamos de los parques y en ocasiones no habian hecho la limpieza, las sabanas sucias.

Was very close to the Disney properties. Pool area was very nice.
Our shower didn't shut off completely and was leaking/dripping into the tub from the faucet.

Ottima posizione perché era molto vicino al Walt Disney World e attrazioni.
I letti erano molto piccole. Le camere sono difficili da trovare, come gli edifici sono stati e il parcheggio adiacente alla vostra posizione specifica di hotel era difficile da trovare.
