I am a salesperson that is on the road alot. This has to be the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Clean, Quiet, and the best Staff! They dont have an elevator, but I would forgo an elevator for an experience like this every time! Thank you Tyrolean Lodge.

The friendly staff and Breakfast every morning and a Beautiful view of a Baldy mountain! The swimming pool and sauna were wonderful too. It was fun to be back in Ketchum, Idaho again after more than thirty years. I lived there 45 years ago too! Thank you so much for a fun stay!

Closest to the mountain for skiing of any hotel in town; Great breakfast selection including eggs, fruit, yoghurt, waffles, etc.; Nice hot tub; Although we didn't need them: sauna, workout room, laundry, games; Fires in lobby and breakfast room in the morning; Our suite had a balcony and beautiful view of Mt. Baldy; Heater in each room with temperature control that worked well as we like it warm; Fantastic and pleasant employees at front desk. We loved this hotel.
The pool was not operational but they were repairing it.

The appearance and comfort were first rate. And the breakfast was excellent, especially for the free breakfast.
I don't know if you are truly ADA compliant. Although I am not handicapped, I am a senior citizen with a metal knee and hip. I prefer being able to haul luggage and myself up a ramp instead of up stairs. You should have an easily accessible ramp up front that makes it easy to get luggage to a room. And a luggage cart would also be appropriate.
