The check in staff was very accomodating of our extended family arrangements.
My room had cheerios under the bed ruffle and my daughter's room had chocolit cookies under her bed ruffle. My oldest daughter had a room that was about as small as a cabin on a cruise ship. Tho it was clean we were quite surprised by the cramped space of her room compared to the other three rooms our family had.

It was easy to get to and it was a nice room for the money and they allowed our dog for only $ 5.
There was a live bug (silverfish ?) in the ice bucket and the facial napkin box in the bathroom was empty.

Just off main expressway across Nebraska. Easy access to motel and motel has easy access to decent restaurants and gas stations. Not so close to regular retail shopping. Rooms are well designed and well furnished for smaller economy type approach and bathroom lighting is good.
This was my second stay at this motel. Stayed in 2012 and found it really almost perfect for this type of reduced service/reduced price motel. This time, however, the carpeting in my room was quite worn in spots and the bath towels were really terrible--very thin and gray looking. The bathroom floor and tub seemed clean; however worn towels and carpet give the appearance of a penny-wise, pound foolish approach to maintenance that leaves me wondering really how clean is clean here.

The inn is new and in pristine condition. Our room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We returned for breakfast after going out early to view the cranes, and found the quality of the offerings there to be very good. We were pleased with our stay.

Location was very convenient. Check in and Check out were efficient and quick. I liked having access to hot water and tea bags for a late night cup of tea.
Breakfast did not have much that I could eat. (On doctor's recommendation I am eating low carb with protein at every meal.) The yoghurt had sugar (carbs) in it -- it was low-fat but not sugar free. Even the peanut butter was full of sugar. There was no good protein option.
A hard boiled egg, a cheese stick, or a Greek Yoghurt (without sugar) would have worked for me. At home I eat either an egg, or natural ground peanut butter, or non-fat cottage cheese, or a Greek yoghurt with Splenda in it.
