It was close to the airport, had a free shuttle, and was super cheap. The lady at the front desk was also SUPER nice, along with the rest of the staff.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. I found some hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine, a spider/cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom, and a small stain on my pillow case.

So convenient when flying out of KCI! Price very reasonable and so easy to be shuttled to airport and leave vehicle until our return!

Convince to the event I was attending
This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and there always seems tp be a problem with the electronic keys needing to be reprogrammed and at times is is several times a day

Everyone was friendly and organized. There were no problems. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was pleasant and very helpful with my hearing loss. Bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water.
TV and coffeemaker didn't work, but, hey, I had a comfortable bed in a temperature-controlled room and a hot shower, so at the price, I can't complain

The parking and shuttle to the airport. They also knew we had an early flight out of KC ans opened up the breakfast bar early so we could take advantage of that.
