The cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it was built only a few years ago.

Great customer service. Went out of their way to fulfill our needs. Great price whit good facilities such as indoor pool and and mall. Throughout a great experience. At the main street, so in walking distance to both restaurants and bars.

Nice big and handy accessible roon

Because the shuttle took a long time to pick us up we were upgraded to a suite. Thank you. Parking,shuttle, breakfast were all wonderful amenities. The location and friendliness of the staff make the hotel a good place to stay.

When we arrived we were concerned about the cleanliness of the hallways. However our room was clean. The furniture was worn and stained, not very appealing.

Nice to be close to the mall. Very nice ambience for breakfast.

Convenience to the shopping mall and downtown core.

My husband and I have stayed at the Red Lion in Kalispell several times now. Our most recent stay was Dec 2, checking out Dec 3. We used the shuttle to get to airport for our flight. We then booked the shuttle for 3:30 pm Dec 7 to return from airport to Red Lion hotel. When our flight arrived the shuttle was not at the airport. We called the hotel and were told the shuttle is 10 minutes out. We waited 35 minutes then called the hotel again. We were told the shuttle was 5 minutes away. We waited another 30 minutes till the shuttle arrived. The airport was closing down and it was very inconvenient for us. The shuttle driver told us that , "The flight crew that worked the flight we were on receives priority service and they get to ride first." My comments are, "The trip from the airport to the hotel is 21 minutes in snowy driving conditions. The shuttle holds 7 passengers + luggage. There were 4 crew members and my husband and myself all getting off the same aircraft going to the same hotel. There was ample room for all passengers yet the driver choose to leave my husband and myself standing there for an extra hour. With the price of fuel and the road conditions on that Friday afternoon it would stand to reason that one trip by your driver would have been sufficient - not to mention the insult of telling us that we were somehow second or third class people who can't ride a bus with airline crew! I was very very very upset by the whole event. The front desk staff were unable to give me an explanation." I own a restaurant in an international airport in Canada. I cook and provide services for many many pilots and their crews. I was appalled by your drivers decision and comments." I like the Red Lion hotel but there are alternatives for us.

Tyynyt on vaihdettava, kylpyhuone hyvin pieni, television out dated, tarvitsevat maksulliset filmit.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta ovat extremey miellyttävä, vanha länsi decore on erittäin mukava ja sijainti on keskeinen koko Kallispell.

Erinomainen sijainti, hyvä huone, uima-allas (vaikka vähän kylmä), porealtaita, sauna. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta

Aamiainen oli kamala! Ei niin paljon ruokaa, mutta se oli hyvin ahdasta, sotku kaikkialla ja koko kokemus oli sellainen, että me vain meni kerran!
