The hotel is comfortable and convenient. The staff was helpful but we had to go to the desk as no one would ever answer the phone.

Our main reason for staying in this hotel was the indoor pool. It was closed three of the four days we were there.

The staff was very helpful to my special needs at check-in and check-out.

The room was dusty, the TV remote was missing and we had to get one from the maid. no micro-wave or refrig, but there was a jacuzzi. The breckfast was very skimmpy compared with other Inns in this price range.

People were nice and polite

The first room we were assigned was not cleaned properly(301) and the sheets had not been changed. the unit they moved us into (321) was a little bit cleaner
