I was quiet.
No luggage carts to get from car to rooms. I had rooms that had no light bulbs in lamps, and maintenance didn't come, so I had to change rooms.

Furnishings were old and the bedding was really poor. Not having a decent place to go for a decent dinner didn't help. We have stayed there for years but will not do so again.

Friendly & helpful staff.
Did not have the papers for my reservation at check-in. Did utilize the confirmation that I brought with me to ensure a room, it just took a little longer to check in.

The staff was friendly.
I thought I was getting a room in the tower when I booked it. I guess I didn't understand that it was a standard room. the sink in the bathroom stopped up when you ran water. and I didn't like the size of the television and housekeeping didn't come clean our room until after 2:30. I think that's too late it should have been earlier.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was really helpful.
Not enough info on shopping mall and which restaurant were open. We drove over to Buffulo Bills for the buffet and it was closed but there was a sigh that eluded that the buffet at primm was open but it was closed.

The team over to other areas of primm valley.
My non smoking room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke, the pool was ice cold, the hot tube and water slide were not working.
