As a truck driver checking in early (9am) the staff got me into a room at that time. And best of all room #8031. Way out at the end of the hallway. Very quiet. Thank you

Just the location.
The room stinks, staff are rude, The room I was in there is no cold water, The restaurant "IHOP" very pricey. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The room was quiet and comfortable. We ate both dinner and breakfast there and they were both very good.
We could have used a do-not-disturbe sign, and housekeeping failed to leave wash clothes for our shower.

All service people are well mannered and give good service. However, it is not the service personnel that I am concerned with. Seems that who ever is in charge of that facility is cutting too many corners. I stayed with a group of folks and some had trouble with the air conditioners, some had trouble with the toilet facilities, others had trouble with the hot and cold water. What is happening to Whiskey Pete's? I have come and gone through there and it seems that all of that is true of recent times. Oh! What happened to that nice restaurant (steak house) that was there? It was a nice place for family to get together.

Lights in room didn't work, pool was not open, ac barely worked and it was 100 degrees outside, key cards didn't work half the time. This place needs an update before I will ever come back. I heard a lot of customers complaining about these same things and on top of that nobody was winning anything on the slots in the casino. The new owners are making a lot of money and are to cheap to update anything.

Price is excellent and the room is quiet. It had new rugs which was nice.
The ice machine was out of ice and parts of the room look rather shabby.

I had the most amazing front desk clerk. Very freindly and accommodating. I'll definitely return and hope to speak with her again.
The tv was outdated and not to many cable channels to select from

Room was decent for the price
It was about 87 degrees when I arrived and asked for the location of their pool and was told the pool was "seasonal" and not open.
