We stayed on 32nd floor. Incredible west (elevator lobby) and east (room) views. The large king size bed and the three spray shower were great surprises too !
Was there any live music scheduled in the building at all ?

I was very impressed with Customer service. All staff was very accomodating and my room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of city. We had a problem with toilet the first night. It was corrected promtly and the same day the manager sent a handwritten apology for our inconvience and sent complimentary breakfast buffet tickets! I was more impressed that someone actually took the time to send a written apology to me more than anything else. My stay was very nice, I would definitely stay again and would recommend to other to lodge at this facility.

El personal del hotel era excepcional todo el mundo y tratada con respeto incluso a los hijos adolescentes. No todos los hoteles tratar a los jóvenes con este tipo de dignidad. Los restaurantes eran excelentes y un servicio impresionante.
