Had breakfast voucher. It was great. Room was bright and very nice.Self parking was available which was great.

We never had to leave the hotel! The conference we were attending was at the hotel and all meals were provided. Parking was convenient (although I'll never understand why when you use services at a hotel or hospital, you have to pay for parking there.)

I was underwhelmed. I never stayed at the hotel while it was the Intercontinental, but I always had this idea of a fairly ritzy hotel. The RS certainly is not ritzy. It feels more like a small convention center with hotel rooms. There's no 5 star ambiance. The staff needs to step it up and they need to do something with the lobby. It has no dimensionality. Maybe a piano (with piano player) and some fresh flowers?

I menu e Ristorante ha bisogno di attenzione, come i menu non hanno una varietà di scelte, e la colazione ha bisogno di attenzione, in quanto abbiamo la stessa colazione per l'intero periodo eravamo lì.
