We never had to leave the hotel! The conference we were attending was at the hotel and all meals were provided. Parking was convenient (although I'll never understand why when you use services at a hotel or hospital, you have to pay for parking there.)

I was underwhelmed. I never stayed at the hotel while it was the Intercontinental, but I always had this idea of a fairly ritzy hotel. The RS certainly is not ritzy. It feels more like a small convention center with hotel rooms. There's no 5 star ambiance. The staff needs to step it up and they need to do something with the lobby. It has no dimensionality. Maybe a piano (with piano player) and some fresh flowers?

The Menus and Restaurant needs attention, as the menus do not have a variety of choices, and the breakfast needs attention, as we have the same breakfast for the whole period we were there.
