The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were to a person friendly and helpful. Walking into the hotel is a pleasure because the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I got to interact with Quinton a number of times in the concierge room, and he is a great ambassador for your company. He was professional and knowledgeable, while being friendly. Also, very lovely were the morning and afternoon housekeepers for my room (#222). I looked forward to seeing them every day.

My visit to the spa was lovely, as are the grounds. Although the rooms are not newly refurbished, I like their large size and comfortable furnishings. Bathroom was clean and serviceable.
I had to cut my stay short, and the front desk/reservations staff made it difficult. They seemed to think that if they made me jump through lots of hoops I would just agree to [ay for the extra night I wasn’t able to use. The agent at HotelsOne did try to be helpful.
