The staff was very accommodating due to the fact that my flights were cancelled the first night and couldn't get there so they refunded my money that night. Also, flights were delayed going out and they again were accommodating and said they could easily find a room for me if I needed one. But that wasn't necessary as we were able to finally get the flight out.

Breakfast was great, hotel was clean and grounds were clean. Pool was excellent.
Staff was very friendly but not enough people working in the evening on such a busy weekend. We had a problem with TV at 6pm and there was nobody there to fix it--only one person working at the desk and no other staff to help him. This was a busy weekend where they were booked solid and only one person on staff? Also, Sunday night the hot tub blew a circuit and was not working...the same one staff member had to try and deal with that. He was very sweet and calm under pressure but we felt bad for him.

Excelente hotel. Todo estaba limpio y cómodo, y el personal era servicial. Por desgracia, el tiempo se puso feo al final, así que no nos quedamos la última noche de mi estancia prevista de tres días.

La ubicación era buena, las habitaciones en sí eran muy agradables. Que había pedido una habitación para un adulto y tres niños y fue genial que nos dieron una habitación principal y después de un dormitorio a un lado - como una pequeña suite. Fue agradable que cada una de las habitaciones tenía una televisión. Sin duda, nos va a quedarse aquí en el futuro.
El edificio estaba siendo renovado, así que las cosas eran un poco desordenado en la planta principal del hotel, sin embargo, eso es lo que sucede con las renovaciones - sin gran negocio. Por otro lado, abrimos la mini-nevera para poner el agua / refrescos y olía a algo que había muerto en ella - no hizo uso de ella.
