The staff were very courteous and friendly. Location is very convenient.
The clock radio did not work. Also Channel 2 did not work on the TV.

The staff is always friendly and it is pretty much a stone throw away from all activities and restaurants and just about all Adult activities for the state of Hawaii that any healthy person could use!!!
Aircon in a bad area bed wise but can work with it for cost and location

We love the location, loved the Pagoda restaurant, loved the very comfortable beds and large roomy room. There was an iron I needed to use and a hair dryer, which I also needed.
Though the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not very comfortable. Too firm for comfort.

I liked everything about the hotel; customer service, rooms, internet speed, cleanliness, especially the staff. I really appreciate the help and assistance from the lady I got help from when I was there. Thank you very much!
Nothing at all. Only that we only got to spend only few hours since we booked a day ahead due to inconvenience of flight schedule.

Would be nice to have morning newspaper & coffee in lobby (even if for sale).
