Room Size, Temperature control in the room, media desk, bed comfort
In the mornings, before 8AM Enterprise Rental Car started vacuuming cars in the back of the hotel. This went on for hours. Every time they would get into a car they would beep the car door opener. The man at the front desk told me what was going on and that he would ask them to start after 9:00am, but they did not. It was very annoying to be awakened with beeping horns and a loud vacuum each morning. We were on the 3rd floor and it was like they were right outside our window.

The staff was warm and friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast substantial. The location was convenient for us.

The rug in the room was dirty. The room smelled like mildew. The bathroom door stuck. Our room was not cleaned one day of our stay.

Very close to reston town center...
would have been very easy to give us verbal directions to the town center. as we had quick turn around for dance event.. vs handing us a map..

Quasi tutto. Due i carrelli dei bagagli di un impianto di queste dimensioni sembrava molto insufficiente. Abbiamo dovuto "seguire e aiutare" un cliente nella sua stanza per assicurare avremmo un carrello per i bagagli da usare - questo è stato dopo aver atteso 20 minuti per trovare uno dei due in uso! Abbiamo passato questo al gestore di lobby.
VEDERE osservazioni di cui sopra.
