I have not been able to get a hotel bill showing what the amount I paid. The tax law requires a bill from the hotel showing what services you received and the amount for each in order for the bill to be deductible. My company also requires this for reimbursement. The only thing I have is the confirmation showing what I was to be billed.

The hotel is quiet. The staff is friendly and the location was perfect as far as location.

The hotel is under renovation. I can see that the updating and new amenities will make a big difference. I don't have anything negative to say about the work that was being done though as I never heard any noise or disturbance from this.

You have a great Lobby and we were looking forward to visiting with our family that had flown in a long way ---Nobody can stay in the Lobby as it was extremely cold and uncomfortable --everybody was complaining and all had to sit out side by the Pool fire pit. We asked to raise the temp, but were told it would make the floor slick---poor answer and what a waste.
