Comfort Inn & Suites Crystal Inn Sportsplex

Friendly staff and good location for my trip.

Ground floor rooms had large windows facing a dark parking lot that were missing both screens and locks. When I requested a different room, I was given one that had not been cleaned. Television did not work.

Pleasant staff...

Mattress was lumpy.

The location was convienant to our needs, The staff was verry friendly and curtious during our stay. I would recomend this hotell to anyone traveling to the Mississippi coa

The breakfast was good. The hot tub once they got it working. The staff was very friendly, especially the one lady who served breakfast. Thanks to her for asking if everything was to our liking, and asking guest if they needed anything.

The dining area is too small, be prepared to take the breakfast to your room, have a drink carrier. The walls were pretty thin. Could hear adjacent guest talking. Not a major issue though. Wanted non smoking room but this room was obviously a smoking room. As a non smoker it was very noticable. The shower curtain smelled like an ash tray. Overall a spacious room and breakfast for the money we paid was well worth it. Oh Google and GPS will take you to an empty field. The hotel is right off I10 by the Wendys and Flying J truck stop on your right as you head down Canal St. If you go more than an eighth of a mile down Canal turn around.

The room was very large and open. We really enjoyed the full, hot breakfast buffet each morning. The food was delicious and always plentiful. We really also enjoyed the indoor pool. What a treat for the end of December!

There were never enough towels in the bathroom - and that was before going to the pool. There were 2 adults and 2 children in the room and there were only 3 towels when we got there and each time the room was cleaned there were only 3 left. Also, as much as we enjoyed the pool, I felt like it was rather bare in chairs and decor.

Spa o tubo caliente sólo estaba tibia

El personal era muy agradable y fácil de trabajar. Aunque yo no uso las instalaciones, que parecía tener buenas comodidades.

La cama era muy incómoda. Ser capaz de aparcar sólo en la parte de atrás era inconveniente (sobre todo cuando alguien arrancó la llave de acceso en la pared por la puerta de atrás!)
