The room... the accessibility of everything.

The parking attendants were not nice

Loved all the Christmas decorations and lights. Loved the ICE and all the things to do.

Beds were horrible. Our room was left wide open by the maid all day long until we returned in the evening. AND there was a domestic disturbance next door that we had to listen to until 10pm. We called security 3 times. I also asked to speak to a manager a total of 3 times- 2 the night of the disturbance and 1 time when checking out. The first two times they said a manager would call. The last time I was told there was no manager available. To top it off we asked to be moved the night of the disturbance only hear security move the people next door. We did end up getting to sleep that night, but felt lied to because we were told there were no other rooms available. Not at all the experience I expected with my husband and 10 year old with a hotel like this with all the amenities. Will NEVER go back.
