It is a gorgeous resort. Everything is in house and very comfortable.
Our room was not ready when we arrived which was not a problem. I was told I would receive a text when the room was ready. After 3 hours passed ( We had lunch during this time) I checked with the front desk and found the room had been ready for two hours. I received the text the next evening while sitting on my couch at home. A resort of this quality should have free shuttle service from the airport.

Great customer service. My sister and I took our mom to celebrate her 88th birthday and she was treated like a queen. Mom had an awesome time and wants to return for Xmas.
