Fought back many pleasant memories

Room 108 was a little smaller than rooms in other hotels and the heating was loud. This room would be better for one person

It is a darling inn fully updated. I have already made plans to stay there in dec. when I visit my granddaughter at Denison

Lovely place, great location.

The parking was too limited. I ended up needing to park in the street overnight - although that worked out fine.

Doubling the room rate on the weekend. Breakfast included in the room rate no better than many chain motels we stop at.

The historic nature and architectural embellishments of this building are delightful. The rooms and finishes are lush and comfortable. This really is not a place for kids who want a swimming pool and such. The restaurant is good. The steak I had was food and perfectly prepared if slightly over-priced. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! The little quiches that were served by staff on a tray were the best. The staff was cheerful and very helpful - even helped me connect to the wifi. The location is nice with all the cute little shops, vintage book store and yummy food just a quick block away. I felt quite safe there in the hotel and walking at night. It's a neat little town, too.

It's expensive.

The ambiance and service is wonderful.
