Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
It would have been nice if there was a buffet or continental breakfast included. There was another hotel in this price range that included breakfast.

Great location
Dining room needs a lot of attention. - the evening meal/menus was the worst I have had for a long time.
Improve the standard of meals and the dinning room would be full!
So a good place to stay -- but eat somewhere else.
