Staff thoughtlessness, rudeness and apparent low IQ meant I was never relaxed And did not enjoy my visit at all. It was exhausting. This is a review, not a complaint. Treat it as a review. this Hilton would do well to train it's front desk staff to put themselves In their customer's shoes.

We stayed here a couple of times, and overall previous stays were great. But didn't have a good experience the last time.

However, during our last stay we arrived to find a huge room. Very nice we thought, like a double room. Until we realized that we have a wheelchair accessible room, which was great until we reached the bathroom. The shower was convenient, for those who needed wheelchair access, however as we showered the water ran all the way out to the bathroom door. Talk about health and safety issues! Even throughout the night we had to be cautious when we went to the bathroom. This same stay, the bed was terrible. Again, our previous stays were good, including the mattress but this one was dipped in the middle and we rolled to the center.

I liked the shuttle service from the airport to the Inn. Also enjoyed the public transportation stop right in front of the hotel - were able to get to downtown Halifax easily and inexpensively. People at the desk were helpful in pointing out areas of interest downtown.

The facility was odor-free. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities. The staff was helpful. The airport shuttle service was excellent. The housekeeping was also excellent.

The swimming pool water needed sanitizing. It did not appear nor feel safe for humans. I exited quickly.

While we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel (left at 4am to catch a plane) we found the staff friendly and helpful and no problems with the room. We had dinner at the hotel, the meal was fine. Appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service which was what attracted us in the first place when looking for accommodation.

Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was very big with lots of room in it.

I think that you should have your own shuttle; not sharing with another hotel so that there is a better service for the people staying at your hotel and not having a 30min window( even to cut it down to 10-15mins) would be great.
