Front desk staff was great, especially Kindell. The Spa is wonderful as well, staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Spent most of our stay at poolside, would like to see more options on pool menu for lunch or snacks.

All of the staff from the house keepers, to the pool servers, to the front desk, were all extremely nice and helpful.

It was very impressive, the view from our room was fantastic!
The things we did not like we're the fact that in order to have a microwave & refrigerator in our room!we had to be VIP guests and stay on the 15th floor or higher. For the price we paid we could have gone to other Hotels for less and still have had these items in our room. I really think you need to consider your guests that would like to spend a few days in your hotel and provide them with a refrigerator & microwave. We would gladly come back if you did. But we did enjoy our stay.although we had to go buy a cooler & ice to keep our stuff in so it would not go to waste.

The Food and Service were outstanding, the prices were reasonable and the H2O Pool was very pleasant
No, the View from the Room was great, the Bed was very confortable, I enjoyed my stay there

Too loud music at the pool bar; Room is average quality - executive level should offer more sophisticated interiors in rooms.
