Just make sure you check pillows to see which is firm and soft. it's written on the pillow case it makes all the difference. everyone was very helpful and goes beyond their job titles. only one girl at the front counter was not too happy we just avoided her. everyone else was great- they gave me extra towels...helped me with my key when it didn't work for me..they were terrific. close to the beach yep just across the street. nice I could go on but it would take forever that's how impressed I was with this hotel!

It was Spring break week, the hotel was full and only 1 elevator worked and this was for both guests and cleaning staff. The lobby had a horrible product smell. It was making me sick while I was waiting for the room to be ready. I had to wait outside. The manager told me that it was a new air freshner scent that the Holiday Inn required to be used as "lobby scent". As the hotel was full, I would have expected full staffing in the dining room. In the morning there was a long wait for breakfast as the waiters had to also run room service (and with the elevators not working this took time). Only a couple tables could be seated at once as there was very limited wait staff available for dining room service.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lobby is mooi en bijgewerkt.

Dit is een ouder hotel met ruimte openslaande deuren naar buiten. Terwijl bijgewerkt, de faciliteit is oud, klein zwembad. Mensen rookten in de kamer naast de deur, die stinken onze kamer.
