Everything is new and completely remodeled. New carpeting, new paint, new ceilings, windows, doors and trim. The room had a fridg,sink, and coffee pot, and it's on the beach. Better yet is the complementary breakfast. A very pleasant person makes eggs sausages and pancakes, along with other breakfast items if you want them. Granted it's not the Omni, but neither is the price and you can drive a few miles and visit there if you want.

We Love the location and the price! Its close to the beach for us.
We have stayed there many times and this time the hotel cleaning staff was Not good this time. We didn't get clean towels and wash rags after our first night. We had to ask for light bulbs that were blown out in the room. The hotel looked like since March 2013 had deteriated some with the upkeep of the hotel.
