We had a awesome experience at the Omni Amelia Island plantation Our room was beautiful the view was beautiful maybe higher rooms next time because half of it was covered by a palm tree. I will definitely be visiting back I love the restaurant at the hotel and the restaurants on the property and the putt putt. Definitely booking this in the near future

I did not like the pool closing so early because my kids love night swim after we eat and how hot the pool area is during the day it burned our feet so bad

View from room was great. Was not happy when we checked in as you had given us a handicapped room. When making reservations it should be noted that it was handicapped.

It does a while to get to everything.

There was a dirty wash rag left in the bathtub. The room we stayed in flooded outside our entrance door. I called customer service to see if they would get me a broom so I could sweep the water into the grass, but they never came. Had to wade thru ankle deep water every time we left the room.

I enjoyed my stay there. The resort was beautiful. I loved the touches with the fire pits. We really liked the fact that one of the pools was for adults only.

There was only one thing that bothered me. I noticed in the bathroom area a blob of toothpaste was stuck to the front of the drawer. It was not our toothpaste and must have been overlooked by the maid when cleaning the room before our arrival. In spite of that, we would still return to this hotel.

Absolutely an amazing resort, restaurants are a lil pricey but very good food. Staff second to none and the beach area is awesome.

Everything! It was an amazing vacation. We got there and our room was on the bottom floor, so we asked if we could be moved a little higher and they quickly moved us nearly to the very top of the hotel!

It would have been great if the hotel had a better breakfast place. They served premade stuff in the lobby, but a nice breakfast near the pool would have been great. That is my only complaint.
