The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean.
My husband was disappointed that the tv wasn’t working properly, only 1 channel and the rest were subscription channels.

The King size bed was very comfortable-the room was very clean and had things like a fridge and microwave that were very helpful. It was a very good value for a quick stopover stay!
The room was a little stuffy but we were happy with it overall. The only suggestion I might make is to repaint the rooms and update window coverings and furniture so everything is brighter. The room seems so dark with the dark furnishings. Adding lighter curtains would make it lighter and brighter.

Nice location, great swimming pool, good dining facilities, very comfortable bed.
The bedroom refrigerator made too much noise so during the night had to pull the plug to shut if off.

Our stay was a positive stay from the location, price, complimentary breakfast and staff. The man who checked us in (Gary). Was very sociable and helpful. The manager/owner couldn't have been more friendly, helpful. He has a great sense of humour which would be a necessity in the motel business. We visit my daughter in Brockville every Christmas, and staying at the Super 8 this year was so much more enjoyable than other establishments we stayed at before; we will certainly stay there again forvChristmasc2016.
The only suggestion I would make is to include a clock in the room. One other thing I noticed is that the drapes are too,long because when the heat is blowing, the drapes prevent a lot of the heat actually moving throughout the room. Minor items.
