The welcome we received when we arrived was very pleasant.
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant staff where we had breakfast was very helpful and explained the food to us. We really wanted to tip them but we were not sure if it was allowed.
The rooms are just beautiful with airconditioning. You feel at home. The housekeeping staff is very consistent and maintains the rooms in a clean and neat condition.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to our friends because we know they will enjoy the stay and not be disappointed.
No there isn't anything that i did not like...
The only challenge we faced was when we went for shopping and wanted to come back to the hotel. It seemed like the most of the taxi drivers did not know the location of the hotel
