The service was great. We had an issue with our room because there was n closet to hang all the clothes we had brought for a wedding weekend and the staff went out of their way to help.
Could use more closet hanging space. If one is attending a formal gathering one will need to make sure they get the right room.

The bed was comfortable and the room was so quiet! We didn't hear a sound outside our room. Very clean.
We booked a room on a Sunday. The hotel restaurant and bar weren't open on Sunday. Most of the restaurants and bars on the street also we're not open.

Please follow the towel policy. Our towels were replaced although we had hung them on the towel racks.

A perfect location! Beautiful rooms (soundproof), elegant setting, wonderfully decorated for Christmas.
Terrible continental breakfast.
