Your bartenders are great and I loved that even though we did not have the foresight to make a brunch reservation we could still sit at the bar and have brunch. Your showers are great. They have wonderful water pressure and they are tall. My boyfriend could stand up straight in it which he was grateful for. Your rooms are quiet. I’ve stayed at the Radisson before and that was not the case there.
The girl who checked us in seemed to have an attitude. Our room was not ready when we arrived slightly before 4:00. We needed to get into it as soon as possible because we had travelled all day and needed to get ready for the Palmer College graduation banquet. I had to ask again a little after 4:00 when it would be ready because we had an event to go to and she proceeded to give us a room but her attitude was very condescending as if I was being unreasonable about wanting to get into my room as quickly after check out time as possible.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. I loved the historic atmosphere that this renovated hotel was able to maintain.
The prices at Bix Bistro seemed a little high.

Rooms are very lovely and reasonable for the area. felt like a big city outing rather than the size the QC is.
The steak I had was superb! I will come back again.
It was great!

Beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and lounge. Old style service and dress (a positive!) makes for a step back in time.
Very convenient and well-located for going to other destinations. Excellent shower and bath layout.
We had a big tear in one of the sheers with the drapes. Should be replaced. I also would like the shuttle service to be available after 10 PM. Stopping then is much too early. Midnight would be a big improvement.
