As usual the hotel was clean and bright. We like the on-site bar and restaurant.
The fact that I was charged twice. And I would change the answer on the next point once I receive a refund.

We stay at Ibid Calais on our journey to Spain.The beds are comfortable,very clean,and the food is good in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful.An ideal stop over and we would recommend it to anyone.

The proximity to the Tunnel and shopping facilities. The rooms were clean and quiet on night 13/14 but less so on the first stay. The restaurant offers a good standard of food. The staff are ALL efficient and friendly.
The noise on my first stay. Not sufficient shower gel/hand wash; the containers had to be squeezed really hard to deliver a meager amount of gel.The hot drink facility downstairs did not work well

Only there for night therefore not really long enough to comment on much, but over that short period we were there everything thing was fine...
