Derek at the front desk was wonderful. He helped us get off the smoking floor that we were unaware of the hotel even having.
We did not like that there was a smoking floor that we were unaware of when we booked our room.

Overheard the head chef tell the crew to save the breakfast gravy for the next day.

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean.
I did not like that when I arrived at 3 pm, I was told that the nonsmoking room with a king size bed that I reserved was not available. When I put up a fuss, one magically appeared. When you make a reservation, the room you reserved should be available to you when you arrive.

Location just off the main hwy & not too far from the main road into the city
The room looked clean, until I lifted the toilet seat, residual from the prior guest, disgusting. The mattress was so uncomfortable sagged in towards the middle , could not sleep from the sagging mattress! Staff needed to clean up on their customer service, lady at the desk very stress out, with her surroundings, phone & customers checking in, appeared as she was loosing it! Told some one on the phone she swamped , & would have to come down & get it themselves, Need a dedicated service elevator, more than rode the car with a service man with a mop in hand , or a bin full of linen , just wasn't appealing.

Gli addetti alla reception erano molto accomodante e cordiale. Duane e credo che la signora era Jami (Jamie).
Ho cercato di ordinare un pasto per andare nella sala da pranzo il Mercoledì circa 6:30 e aspettato 40 minuti. Alla fine ho rinunciato e siamo andati in camera mia fame. Nessuno ha mai parlato con me dopo che ho ordinato! Molto scarsa.

Check-in il personale è cordiale e cortese E 'stato bello e tranquillo durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutto era pulito e confortevole.
Penso che ci dovrebbe essere un ventilatore in bagno. Potrebbe anche essere a tempo di rimanere per non più di 5 minuti alla volta. Le donne che lavorano nel ristorante e la cucina si stavano intrattenendo ad alta voce mentre facevamo colazione. La nostra cameriera non faceva parte del trambusto. Ho pensato che questo comportamento era poco professionale - dopo tutto, abbiamo pagato un prezzo piuttosto alto per la camera, a mio modesto parere.
