Derek at the front desk was wonderful. He helped us get off the smoking floor that we were unaware of the hotel even having.
We did not like that there was a smoking floor that we were unaware of when we booked our room.

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean.
I did not like that when I arrived at 3 pm, I was told that the nonsmoking room with a king size bed that I reserved was not available. When I put up a fuss, one magically appeared. When you make a reservation, the room you reserved should be available to you when you arrive.

Location just off the main hwy & not too far from the main road into the city
The room looked clean, until I lifted the toilet seat, residual from the prior guest, disgusting. The mattress was so uncomfortable sagged in towards the middle , could not sleep from the sagging mattress! Staff needed to clean up on their customer service, lady at the desk very stress out, with her surroundings, phone & customers checking in, appeared as she was loosing it! Told some one on the phone she swamped , & would have to come down & get it themselves, Need a dedicated service elevator, more than rode the car with a service man with a mop in hand , or a bin full of linen , just wasn't appealing.

The front desk people were very accomodating and friendly. Duane and I believe the lady was Jami (Jamie).
I tried to order a meal to go in the dining area on Wednesday about 6:30 pm and waited 40 minutes. I finally gave up and went to my room hungry. No one ever spoke to me after I ordered! Very poor.

Check-in staff were friendly and courteous It was nice and QUIET during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.
I think there ought to be a fan in the bathroom. It could even be timed to stay on for no more than 5 minutes at a time. The women working in the restaurant and kitchen were entertaining themselves loudly while we had breakfast. Our waitress was NOT part of the hoopla. I thought this behavior was unprofessional-- after all, we paid a pretty high price for the room, in my humble opinion.
